Immersive 3D Tour
Includes creation of a Matterport 3D tour (with complimentary highlight reel and up to 5 "Point of Interest" tags), 90 minutes/80 miles of travel (round-trip) from Portland, and one year of online hosting. Price is per unit, per square foot based on a sliding scale as follows:
Up to 5,000 square feet
Minimum of $220 for sites less than 2,000 square feet
5,000 - 9,999 Square Feet
> 10,000 Square Feet
Please ask for a specific quote for unusual sites (large sites with significant vacant areas, like warehouses, empty/unfinished office space, etc)

We also provide our clients the opportunity to download source files from the tour for architects, engineers, design and construction professionals who want to import specific site assets into third-party programs (3ds max, ReCap, Revit, Xacitmate or AutoCAD). These can help jumpstart remodel/renovation projects or accelerate the estimation and insuarance claim process.
MatterPak
Matterpak is a set of files generated from the 3D data of the virtual tour that can be used by design and dev professionals to jumpstart projects. What you get:
- Colorized point cloud (.XYZ)
- Reflected ceiling plan image (.JPG) Multiple files/multiple floors and all floors in one (.PDF)
- High resolution floor plan image (.JPG) Multiple files/multiple floors and all floors in one (.PDF)

TruePlan
TruePlan is a set of SKX files that can easily be imported into Xactimate to help accelerate the estimation process and shorten claims cycles. With these files, you no longer have to measure & manually sketch losses.

BIM File
Receive a 3D Revit model and 2D CAD file(s) of your virtual tour that can be utilized throughout the building lifecycle, including design, construction and facilities management. Files included:
